Getting back on track

I've been doing well with my weight loss and my new way of eating, but I was starting to lose focus slightly (but haven't cheated thank goodness). So I am going to start a two week induction phase to kick start things and focus a bit more.

In preparation I've made some Beefy Mushroom Soup, Baked Meatballs, and I am about to bake a pack of chicken breasts. Pre Cooking food makes it so much easier to stay on track, especially when we work graveyards.

On a good note my mom started Atkins last week and has already lost 7 lbs. YAY!
